Термоизоляция (теплозащита) от перегрева пластиковых деталей при ремонте печатных плат довольно часто вызывает проблемы, когда работаешь феном. Одно дело когда собираешь, тогда установка нежных деталей идет в конце, а при ремонте бывает что подплавляется какая-либо кнопка, разъем или пищалка. В таких случаях я использую алюминиевую фольгу сложенную в несколько раз и фиксирую это дело каптоновым скотчем (обычный плавится). Площадка под микроскопом у меня из толстого тряпичного текстолита, перегрева не боится. Плюс этого решения – то что тонкой фольге можно придать любую форму. В отличие от толстого строительного алюминиевого скотча, который нередко для этого используют. Ну и дополнительная фиксация платы на основание скотчем тоже помогает – чтобы не шаталось. Приклеивание платы толстым двухсторонним скотчем работает не всегда, от нагрева клеящий слой не держит.
